All external non-load Bearing Walls are of high quality hollow clay bricks manufactured in accordance with CYS 19 and plastered on both sides.
All internal walls and partitions of high quality hollow clay bricks manufactured in accordance with CYS 19 and plastered on both sides.

EXTERNAL FINISHES
All external walls are plastered and finished with high quality paint.

INTERNAL FINISHES

WALLS: Entrance hall, living and dining area, corridor and bedrooms are plastered and painted with high quality washable emulsion paint.

BATHROOMS AND TOILET are lined with high quality ceramic tiles to a height of 2.20 meters from floor. Tile spacers shall be used for proper tile spacing

KITCHEN walls are painted with durable washable emulsion paint above a ceramic skirting. Wall area between floor and wall cabinets is lined with high quality ceramic tiles. Tile spacers shall be used for proper tile spacing

CEILINGS: All ceilings are painted with a high quality washable emulsion paint or art-texture.

FLOORS: Entrance hall, living, dining area and kitchen is paved with high quality ceramic tiles to a high quality finish. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Electrical circuit wiring will be under the latest IEE Wiring Regulations published by the UK Institution of Electrical Engineers. Electrical installation is well designed to provide ample Lighting and power points, bell points, TV Antenna, Satellite and telephone outlets and will be executed in accordance with local Electricity Authority regulations.
All Electrical fixtures and fittings will bear the “CE” certification mark.
Three double sockets are to be installed in every bedroom, , four double sockets will be installed in the kitchen and four double sockets in the sitting area.. Telephone outlets will be installed in the kitchen, sitting room, all the bedrooms. TV Antenna outlets will be provided in all the bedrooms, the sitting area,.. MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS

Cold water is stored in an individual roof tank and from there distributed with pipe in pipe system to the various plumbing fittings.

Hot water supply for the house is by electric heater unit with an immersion heater switch as well as by Solar Panels.
